The member accepts that he/she will be deemed to have accepted all the terms of the Agreement with his/her express consent and that these terms will be binding for him/her from the moment he/she completes the registration process by telling the password in the SMS to our cashier personnel, provided that he/she complies with the terms specified in this Agreement, provided that our cashier personnel in our store sends this text to the member as a link in SMS with a password and if the member approves this text after reading it. Registration by mobile phone is mandatory for membership. The advantages offered by the membership are valid for purchases made with the presentation of mobile phone information.
The Agreement includes the terms of membership, Privacy Rules, and our practices regarding the processing of your personal data and your rights under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data.
