Delivery and Return Terms
We prioritise the security of credit card holders who shop on our e-commerce platform and make great efforts to control payment / billing information from the moment you place your order. Your purchases are delivered by the contracted cargo companies within 1 to 7 business days according to the shipping conditions of the stores if the approval is received in a healthy manner.

Weekend Orders
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday. You may not receive it before Tuesday as it will be processed on Monday. We do not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays.

Stock Issues
The majority of our vendor stores work with stock. However, sometimes software stock problems may arise in thousands of product types. If the sale of products that are not in stock is realised, the seller store urgently supplies the product and delivers your order to you within the relevant period. The order amount of a product that does not reach your hand is not transferred to the seller store accounts in any way.

Address Information
In order for your order to reach you as quickly as possible, please write your address information as clearly as possible. You can even write the description information of your address, if any. (Example: Third street after entering from the post office, etc.)

Incorrect / Incomplete Orders
Open the package you received with the cargo officer and check your order. If you see any inaccuracies or deficiencies, please contact the seller store or our e-commerce platform immediately.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fee may vary according to the seller stores. While some vendor stores apply free shipping, some vendor stores charge shipping fees. You can find shipping information in the details of the products.

Return Conditions
Seller return terms apply to the products you have purchased. You can forward your return requests for the products you have purchased to the seller store or you can make your return transactions by contacting our e-commerce platform.

How many days is the return period?
In general, you can return the products you have purchased without destroying the products you have purchased, without opening the package, without using the activation number and without disturbing the resalability of the product, within seven (30) days from the date of delivery, stating the reason.

What are the return conditions?
You can find the items that must be complete in the products you send for return below. If any of these are missing, the product return is not accepted.

Within the 30-day period, the products to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged together with the box, packaging, activation code.
If the products arriving at the seller store are delivered in accordance with the return conditions, the refund of the product amounts will be processed within 3 days after the product reaches the store. The time of reflection of the refund to your account is at the discretion of your bank. Refunds made to the credit card are reflected in your account within 1 – 3 weeks at the latest.

How do I return it?
Before sending the product to us, you must notify us of your return request by filling out the product return form. After you receive the confirmation of the return by the seller store, please fill out the return form that comes with the package and send the product to the seller store. Confirmation information will be notified to you by phone or e-mail. If the products received by the seller store are delivered in accordance with the return conditions, the refund process of the product amounts will be initiated.
